The church age is coming to a close.

There have been 2 days of babel or Babylon or language confusion and 1 to come. There will be a total of 3 babylons or 3 days of confusion or 3 days in which the change of language or the hearing of language will define the day.

1. Babylon before Christ: When God tried to correct disobedience of those building the heavenly tower He used the confusion of their language. He changed their languages so they could not be disobedient anymore. They could only babel at each other - so they dispersed. This day of confusion ushered in barriers to disobedience or true standards of obedience. They had to build cooperation through obedience.

2. Babylon At the Time of Christ: After Jesus completed His second 40 day fast (the first 40 day fast was physical or the absence of earthly food so he could be tested physically to fulfill scripture, the second 40 day fast was spiritual or absence of heavenly food of His Fathers presence - so He could affirm His dedication and desire for His disciples to complete His mission - the coming day of Pentecost). On this day of Pentecost (50 days from being risen; comparable to 50 years of Jubilee celebration where every relational thing was set free) God saw that like the first scenario of disobedience there was dis-relationship or wrong intimacy or relationship based on what you did - "doing" instead of "being". God allowed those who were His to speak in unknown tongues (babel to each other) so they could bridge the gap of needed relationship between those who came to Jerusalem for one of the 3 annual gatherings of Jewish descendants and God extending His hand of personal relationship. God changed the framework of relationship from acts of obedience to relational connection through the Holy Spirit. God now created a bridge, a spiritual vehicle called the indwelling of the Holy Spirit to establish the currency of exchange between Himself and His people. God added the capacity to join together in community to truly know and worship Him. This day of babel or to those who were watching, a day of confusion ushered in true relationship and intimacy. The capacity to know relationship and oneness for anyone who trusts in Christ Jesus. The Holy Spirit was now the medium for obedience and relationship instead of the keeping of the law.

3. Babylon at the Return of Christ in Revelation: God spends more time on the topic of Babylon in the book of revelation than any other issue. This one day of confusion or dismantling of Babylon is a stated fact. This day of babel or confusion will separate false authority (those who hate God and will not obey or desire relationship with Him) from real authority. We will hear our king's voice - King Jesus has come to reign. This day of babel is when those who are called, chosen and faithful will hear and know the voice of Christ Jesus. To the rest of the world it is babel. This sound of His calling us up into the air to reign with Him will usher in the 1000 year rule of the Prince of Peace. This day of changing governments will truly be the greatest day in the life of the earth. This day of confusion for the voice of false authority will usher in true authority. Just like with the first babel they were confused and unable to join together to achieve anything. The anti-christ with his false voice of authority trying to bring the world, one more time, into unity to build a his tower of authority over all mankind will fail, fall and be destroyed.

The key to this third day of confusion is what voice do you listen to? What spiritual mark of ownership is upon your mind (forehead) or your actions and deeds (hand). Who leads you into all truth - a man or your daily renewing by the Holy Spirit? Do you hear God's voice? Can you divide between what is God and what is not? When it is time can we hear God's voice say "Come out of her my people"?  Have we taught people to hear His voice? Have we required people to walk in their gifting so they can hear what God is saying for them to do each day? Have we developed people with the strength and ability to leave when false (anti-christ) authority is speaking to them a different message than the Holy Spirit is speaking?
